Just eight days before the start of the AUstralia Gran Prix, the FIA has backflipped on its point-scoring system it implemented days earlier.

A backlash against the 'most wins, wins' system led the FIA to adopt 2008's point scoring system.

Meanwhile, a huge row is brewing over the legality of the diffusers belonging to Brawn GP, Toyota and Williams, which is so late, race stewards may have to deal with the issues and let the FIA Court of Appeals deal with the matter.
