• Tarmac will not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or purchase the incorrect product.

• In the event that a product is faulty or defective, it will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Tarmac. Tarmac magazine will package goods to the best of their care, however goods damaged by Australia Post will not be covered.

• It is the customer’s duty of care to provide the correct mailing address. Products resent due to an incorrect address will be charged to the customer.

• Tarmac will endeavour to deliver products as soon as possible. Tarmac can provide estimates, but takes no responsibility for delivery times of Australia Post or any third party.

• Shipping prices are based on the size and weight of all items being shipped, plus a packaging and handling charge. Tarmac reserves the right to adjust prices without notice and to charge additional packing and handling costs when necessary.

• Under no circumstances will Tarmac sell, rent or pass your private information on to any other party.

• Names, address, email addresses and phone numbers collected are used for the delivery of goods and for the purpose of communication by Tarmac.

• Occasionally we email previous clients special discount offers which we think they may be interested in. On each of these communications, we provide a means by which the recipient may choose not to receive these emails.
